Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your size on the product page and add it to your cart. When you're ready, open the cart and check out. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the order goes through — if it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at wearrawdrip@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet we'll do what we can. Once it's with the courier we can't recall it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (COD). Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives — no card details needed.
Sizing & fit
How does RAWDRIP fit?
Our pieces are cut for a relaxed, oversized fit. If you prefer a regular fit, size down. Full measurements are on our size guide and on each product page.
What size should I order?
Measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, lay it flat, and compare to our chart. That's more reliable than measuring your body.
Do the pieces shrink?
Our cotton is pre-shrunk. Wash cold and tumble dry low and you shouldn't see meaningful shrinkage.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days from dispatch. You'll get tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Flat Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Free on orders over Rs. 3,500.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns
What's your returns policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email wearrawdrip@gmail.com with your order number and reason. If accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
When will I be refunded?
Within 10 days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Can I exchange for another size?
Exchanges are accepted within the same 7-day window. Email us with your order number and the size you need and we'll arrange it.
Products
Will sold-out pieces come back?
Usually not. We work in limited runs, and once a drop sells out it's gone. Some core essentials are restocked — use the notify button on the product page and we'll email you if it returns.
How do I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Don't bleach. Wash with like colours to protect the print and the dye.
