Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Karachi via PostEx, our nationwide courier partner.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch, anywhere in Pakistan. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates

Delivery is flat Rs. 250 for  all provinces

Orders over Rs. 3,500 ship free, nationwide.

The exact charge is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown before you confirm your order.

Cash on delivery

We offer cash on delivery nationwide. Pay the PostEx rider in cash when your parcel arrives — no card or bank details required. Please have the exact amount ready.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Track it at https://postex.pk/tracking.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Failed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery and may call you beforehand to confirm you're available. Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and reachable.

If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the parcel is returned to us. To have it re-shipped, contact us — re-delivery charges may apply.

Incorrect addresses

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please check it carefully before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll correct it before dispatch.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it.
