Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused.
- Original tags are attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used items
- Washed garments
- Products without original tags
